This was my worst stay I try checking in after 6 pm THE MANAGER CHECKED ME IN TO A ROOM THAT KEY DONT WORKING I HAD TO WENT BACK AN FORTH OVER 6 times . MANGER TOLLD ME THAT SHE DONT KNOW IF DOOR WORKS WELL LUCKLY AFTER DRIVING AWAY I STOP

The hotel advertisement said they had airport shuttle service. They did not. We never stayed there because of that. And they offered no help. Very disappointed in their customer service. Also said we would still be charged for the room.

I had a terrible stay due to the front desk manager on Saturday. She yelled at me was very rude. Someone tried to enter my room with a key. I called the front desk and asked why was someone trying to get into my room with a key no one ever responded back.

This hotel was awful. A bug in the bed hopefully not a bed bug. No remote control for the tv. No towels in the room. The floor was soaking wet near the window and door. Our bags were soaked. Hairs everywhere in the bathroom.

The woman at the front desk was sweet, helpful and kinda embarrassed about the really poor housekeeping. She apologized and kept looking for a clean room. She finally found us something tolerable and we slept for 4.5 hours and headed out.

The bar and restaurant were closed on Saturday night. Also the laundry room is horrible. The dryers do not dry properly and the laundry area was nasty. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
